1. Eligibility: The Edge 3 Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of Plastic Research and Development Corporation, EBSCO Industries, Inc., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotional agencies, judges, and immediate family members (herein, defined as spouse, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence, and any person living in such a person's household, whether related or not) of each as well as the employees of any company affiliated with the Sweepstakes and collectively with the foregoing persons or entities (“Sweepstakes Entities”), are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: Sweepstakes begins at 8am Central Time (“CST”) on February 26, 2026, and ends at 11:59pm CST on March 30, 2026.
3. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by submitting a bona fide product review of any EDGE Cellular Trail Camera (the “Review”) on the official Moultrie.com website (the “Review Platform”). To enter, entrant must: (i) submit a Review during the Entry Period; (ii) provide all required information requested in connection with the Review submission, including a valid email address; and (iii) comply with the Review Platform’s terms of use and content guidelines. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Multiple reviews submitted by the same person will not result in additional entries. Reviews must be original, truthful, and comply with all applicable laws and Federal Trade Commission endorsement guidelines. Reviews that are incomplete, fraudulent, generated by automated means, violate any third-party rights, or otherwise violate these Official Rules may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. By submitting a Review, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and create derivative works from the Review for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or corrupted entries. By submitting a Review, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the Review for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Reviews must not contain: (i) profanity or offensive language; (ii) false or misleading statements; (iii) content that infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party; (iv) personal information of any individual; or (v) any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrants must include a disclosure in their Review that it was submitted in connection with a sweepstakes entry.

4. Prize and Approximate Retail Value:
There will be four winners, each awarded one prize (“Prize”). Prizes will be awarded as follows:
- EDGE 3 Pro Bundle (One EDGE 3 Pro, 10W Universal Solar Panel, Flex Mount, Moultrie Edge Series Security Box) valued at $294.94
- EDGE 3 Bundle (One EDGE 3, 10W Universal Solar Panel, Flex Mount, Moultrie Edge Series Security Box) valued at $254.96
- EDGE 3 Pro 2‑Pack valued at $279.98
- EDGE 3 2‑Pack valued at $179.99
The total ARV of all four Prizes is $1009.87. Usage of each Prize is subject to the terms and conditions associated with the prize items.
Prizes are awarded on an “as is” basis and cannot be redeemed for cash or used as payment for purchases of additional products, as an adjustment to any prior purchase(s), or applied as payment on any account. Prize items will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. Any applicable taxes and all other costs/expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of each winner.
Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason.
5. Random Drawing and Notification: Four potential winners will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding. Random drawing will be conducted approximately one week after the end of the Entry Period. Potential winner need not be present to win and will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of Review submission. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail, change of email address, change of mailing address and/or telephone number or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non- functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
At Sponsor’s sole discretion, winner(s) may be required to complete and return an Affidavit, Declaration or Certificate of Eligibility, along with any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor for prize fulfillment (collectively the “Fulfillment Documentation”) within ten (10) days of receipt of such Fulfillment Documentation. If the prize notification or any Fulfillment Documentation is returned as undeliverable, the winner will be disqualified.
Prize forfeiture may result from any of the following: i) Affidavit or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable; ii) the Affidavit is not returned within the date specified on notification; iii) winner is otherwise found to be ineligible; iv) winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason; and v) any other non-compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of any prize forfeiture, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner. Attempts may be made to notify up to three alternate winners for the unfulfilled prize; after which the unfulfilled prize will not be awarded. Once potential winner's eligibility is verified, he/she will be confirmed as a winner. Prize will be sent to the winner approximately thirty (30) days from the date winner is confirmed. The Sponsor is not responsible for any returned undeliverable prize and such prize will be forfeited.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations and these Official Rules.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
6. Privacy Policy/Data Collection: By entering this Sweepstakes you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, information provided by you for this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.pradcooutdoorbrands.com/privacy-policy/. The privacy policy details any rights to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by Sponsor. Submission of contact information in connection with the Sweepstakes (whether or not required), including mailing address, phone number, and email address, during entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to add entrant to Sponsor's customer database and to contact entrant in the future for promotional and other reasons. You may opt-out of receiving such communications as set forth in Sponsor's Privacy Policy (located at https://www.pradcooutdoorbrands.com/privacy-policy/) or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Sponsor's emails).
General: Entrants must have a valid email address. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor with respect to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, which decisions shall be final and binding.
By participating, entrant agrees to, releases and holds the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) harmless from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, personal injury or loss or damage to property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any promotion-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes.
By accepting a prize, winner agrees, where imposing such condition is legal, that Sponsor and their designees shall have the right, but not the obligation, to use of his/her name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification and, upon request, will confirm consent to such use in writing. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of winner and prize. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as planned is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes and award prize from among all eligible Entries received up to that date.
All disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity (individually, “Claim”) arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, the meaning or interpretation of the rules or any prize awarded shall be resolved by applying the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in the state or federal courts within that state. All Claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and all Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event include attorneys' fees, and under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
7. WAIVER OF RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
8. Prize Warranty: Sponsor has neither made, nor is responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any prize, including but not limited to, the quality, merchantability, habitability, mechanical condition, safety or fitness of any prize.
9. Taxes: The winner will be responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes and other applicable fees, service charges, surcharges associated with prize receipt and use. The valuation of each prize pack stated above is based on available information provided to Sponsor, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner must be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The winner must provide Sponsor with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize over $600 will be awarded. Any person winning more than $600 in prizes in the Sweepstakes will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form must be filed with the IRS.
