Moultrie orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped. Allow extra time during busy periods like the holidays. We do not currently ship outside of the United States.

Moultrie cellular cameras from 2021 and newer are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of activation. Feeders, feeder kits, and FEED HUBs carry a one-year warranty with proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. Contact us at 1-844-908-1219 to start a warranty claim.

If you purchased directly from Moultrie, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. Returns must be authorized by our team first. Call us at 1-844-908-1219 between 7 AM and 6 PM CT, seven days a week, to start the process.

A cellular trail camera is a motion-activated camera that sends photos and videos directly to your phone over a cellular network. Moultrie cellular trail cameras connect automatically to all four major U.S. networks, so when an animal triggers it, that image is on its way to you before you even leave the house. Everything lands in the Moultrie App the moment it is captured.

A standard trail camera stores images on an SD card that you have to physically retrieve from the field. With a Moultrie cellular camera, you can check your property, request a new image on demand, and adjust your settings without ever making a trip out there.

Images and videos from your Moultrie cameras are delivered directly to the Moultrie App on iOS or Android. You can also pull them up on any desktop browser through the web app. Everything organizes into your gallery automatically, so your photos are easy to find when you need them.

Yes. Moultrie cellular cameras require a data plan to send images and videos over cellular. Plans are priced per camera with no activation or cancellation fees.

Setup takes just a few minutes. Download the Moultrie App and create an account. Open the app, tap Devices, and select Activate Device. Scan the QR code on the inside of the camera door and select a data plan. Power on the camera and use Live Aim in the app to dial in your angle without waiting on test images. Mount it and you are done.

Moultrie EDGE cameras handle that on their own. Once you activate the camera in the app and power it on, it scans all four major U.S. networks and locks onto the strongest signal available in your area. You do not need to select a carrier or adjust any network settings. Signal strength is visible in the app once the camera is active.

Moultrie cameras connect to whichever of the four major networks has the strongest signal where you are scouting, which gives them better rural coverage than cameras tied to a single carrier. If you are in an area with no signal at all, the camera stores images in its built-in memory and sends them the next time it picks up a connection.

No. All Moultrie EDGE cameras come with built-in memory. Images and videos are stored on the camera and transmitted directly to the Moultrie App. You do not need an SD card and or to make visits to the camera site to retrieve anything.

We recommend AA lithium batteries for EDGE cameras. Lithium handles cold temperatures and the current draw from cellular transmission better than alkaline. The EDGE Solar runs on a built-in rechargeable pack charged by its solar panel, so no disposable batteries are needed.

There is no limit. Each camera needs its own data plan, but everything runs through a single Moultrie App login. One gallery, one map, all your cameras and feeders in one place.

Moultrie makes gravity feeders, tripod feeders, barrel feeders, hanging feeders, solar feeders, and fish feeders. We also make the Moultrie FEED HUB, a connected feeder that integrates with the Moultrie App so you can manage feeding schedules remotely, trigger feedings on demand, and monitor feed levels in real time. Compatible solar panels, motor kits, and digital timers are available separately.

The Moultrie FEED HUB is a connected deer feeder you control from the Moultrie App. You can set feeding schedules, trigger a feeding from your phone, check feed and battery levels, and get alerts if the motor jams. FEED HUB plans can be set up through the app.

You can log in at our site or through the Moultrie App on iOS or Android. Your credentials work the same across the app, the web app, and moultrie.com. If you have forgotten your password, the Forgot Password link on the login screen will get you sorted.
