Floorplans for homes built with EconOdome kits

The above 38.5 foot diameter home with attached 30 foot diameter garage, "Honeycomb Floorplan", allows for a second story "great room" in the house. There is also a second-story above the parking area in the garage. The loft level, "great room" in the house may be used as a master bedroom suite. The 38.5 foot diameter, ten-sided dome home kit is our most popular kit, so, we feature floorplans for the 38.5 ft. diameter home before showing floorplans for other size dome homes. We also have more floorplans that you can receive by email request, if, you send us a description of your desired floorplan.

The single story 38.5 foot diameter floorplan shown above may optionally include a loft built above the bedroom and kitchen. If a loft is built with this plan, the closet at the left will contain the stairs leading to the loft.

Above is the "Central Kitchen" plan with a second story half loft. Optionally, a full basement may be constructed below the main floor level. The stairs leading to the basement would be constructed below the stairs leading to the "great room" loft.

Above is the Central Kitchen floorplan drawn with 2 bedroom and a loft upstairs
and a basement downstairs below the main level. This plan features a wood cookstove
and a wood burning. This home is being built in Alberta, Canada.

The above "central stairs" floorplan may also include a basement level below the main floor level.

The above "central stairs" floorplan has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The above "central stairs" floorplan features two enclosed bedrooms and two lofts.
The larger loft can double as a fun-to-be-in guest bedroom.
Below is another central staircase plan with future options.

This floorplan is has the living room and kitchen upstairs under the dome ceiling.

The 30 foot diameter home above may be built in phases. The buildings may be built one at a time, or, all at once depending on time and money availability.

The 24 foot diameter floorplan featured above is our smallest
and most economical ten sided home. This home is designed for the couple that wants a
really cool small home that costs as little as possible.
The 30' 2 bedroom plan shown below can have a loft added over the 2 bedrooms.
For more info about any of these floorplans phone 1-888-DOME-LUV.

The 48 foot diameter Low Cost Mansion
may be built as a one, two, or, three story building.
For ten sided custom homes built with EconOdome kits that are this
size and larger,
no riser walls are necessary
in order to fit standard height doors
within the vertical surfaces
that have been integrated into the exterior dome surface.
Of course,
additional floor levels and riser walls increase the interior living space.

The 58 foot diameter floorplan featured above is a very spacious ten sided home. This home also includes loft space above the garage parking area.
The plans listed below require a "DWF Viewer" and a Windows PC.
To view and print the dwf drawings,
please download a "Free DWF Viewer"
by going to a very trusted website at
www.autodesk.com
After clicking on "Autodesk Design Review FREE"
click on "click here" to download the program without having to register.
the DWF viewer program will allow you to view, pan, zoom, print, and a lot more.
You can then view any computor generated CAD drawings (in dwf format) in amazing detail.
When you first open a DWF drawing by clicking on a dwf drawing title,
Allow ActiveX to "Run" so you can use your mouse to "zoom" and "pan" on the DWF drawings.
Allowing ActiveX to run only when you view a DWF drawing will not compromise the security of your computor.
It is real easy to operate the DWF Viewer program (also called Autodesk Design Review).
If you have any problems with the DWF Viewer program, or, wish to discuss the drawings,
Please contact Wil Fidroeff TOLL FREE at 1-888-DOME-LUV...during the daylight hours CST only...
Or, if you would like, send Wil an email at fazechange@one-eleven.net
Autodesk Design Review is a program to view CAD drawings like Acrobat Reader views pdf files.
If you are interested in architecture, and, are considering building a new dome home,
you will definately benefit from downloading Autodesk Design Review 2008.
Use the "Back Arrow" to return to this page after viewing the dwf drawings.
