The above 38.5 foot diameter home with attached 30 foot diameter garage, "Honeycomb Floorplan", allows for a second story "great room" in the house. There is also a second-story above the parking area in the garage. The loft level, "great room" in the house may be used as a master bedroom suite. The 38.5 foot diameter, ten-sided dome home kit is our most popular kit, so, we feature floorplans for the 38.5 ft. diameter home before showing floorplans for other size dome homes. The single story 38.5 foot diameter floorplan shown above may optionally include a loft built above the bedroom and kitchen. If a loft is built with this plan, the closet at the left will contain the stairs leading to the loft.

may be built as a one, two, or, three story building.
For ten sided custom homes built with EconOdome kits that are this
size and larger,
no riser walls are necessary
in order to fit standard height doors
within the vertical surfaces
that have been integrated into the exterior dome surface.
Of course,
additional floor levels and riser walls increase the interior living space.
